Delivery Information
At Toners.Co.Ke, We want to make your online shopping experience as quick and easy as possible. So we've devised a range of delivery options to ensure convenience and choice.
Standard Free Next Business Day Delivery is available for orders above KSh 20,000.00 placed before 4:00pm to selected areas of Nairobi. Orders under KSh 20,000.00 incur a KSh 300.00 delivery fee in Nairobi. Delivery within Nairobi CBD is free. Next Day Delivery is available for orders placed after 4:00pm.
Large items ordered before 5.30pm on weekdays will be delivered separately on the next business day and incur an additional delivery fee depending on the Delivery Areas.
Free Click & Collect
Click & Collect is a free service. Orders can be collected from our store. You will be notified via SMS and email when your order, or part of your order, is ready to collect. When collecting your order from the store, please bring your tax invoice, order confirmation or photo ID.
Additional Information
Delivery Locations
We deliver to most residential and business addresses across Nairobi and Major cities in Kenya. Unfortunately, there are certain remote locations that we are unable to deliver to. Toners.Co.Ke is also unable to deliver overseas unless with prior arrangements. We are also unable to deliver to P.O Boxes.
Large Item Deliveries
Large Item Deliveries require different transport vehicles and special handling. These deliveries take longer to transport and incur a separate delivery fee.
Large Orders
Orders that weigh over 200kg may be subject to an additional delivery fee. Our Customer Service Team will contact you prior to shipment.
Software & Services
Software purchased via digital download, digital gift cards, online training, safety work method statements, and services do not incur delivery fees.
Print & Copy
Print & Copy orders are subject to different delivery times from our other products. They require a lead time for printing, in addition to the delivery lead time. For more information, please contact us.
Missed Deliveries
When no one is available to sign for the order, we will arrange an alternative delivery day, at an extra fee.
Public Holidays
When a delivery is scheduled on a public holiday, it will occur on the next business day, unless otherwise.
Delivery Windows
Deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

* Delivery time frames may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances.
During the 'wet season', deliveries may take longer due to adverse weather conditions.
Special Orders
Certain products are marked as “Special Order” and are delivered separately. These products may be delivered directly from our suppliers. The delivery time frame is approximate depending on supplier’s stock availability. Custom Print orders cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind as they are manufactured and produced according to customer specifications. These products can only be returned if faulty or damaged.
